SIMPLIFIED PRIVACY NOTICE – ESCANÉAME Mauricio Chávez Moguel (brand Escanéame), with an address at Ciencias Administrativas 368, Col. Higo Quemado Terán, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, C.P. 29059, Mexico, is responsible for your personal data: contact and purchase data, emergency profile data (name, photo, SOS contacts, pet data) and health data, which are sensitive. We use them to create your emergency profile and QR codes, display it to whoever scans the QR, process your payment through Stripe, deliver your kit, control its 1-year term and handle your requests. Health data is processed only with your express written consent. IMPORTANT: the fields you activate on the profile will be visible to anyone who scans the QR, without logging in; you decide what to show. If you register minors or other people, you declare that you have the capacity to do so. Your data is hosted with Base44 and other cloud providers and is shared with Stripe for payment.
